Provider Intake Process
Step 1: Apply
Once you’re ready to begin your career with the Ivory Agency, you’ll complete an application form. Upon completion, you’ll submit an up-to-date, industry-focused resume and a professional photo of yourself.
Step 2: Interview
After your application and resume have been submitted, they will be evaluated for your qualifications, experience, criminal background check, and professional references. After the evaluation, if we conclude you as a good fit with The Ivory Agency, we will contact you to move forward with the three phase interview process.
- Phase 1: Video/Phone Interview- We will conduct a phone or video interview with a series of questions so we can get to know you and determine if our agency is a mutually good fit. If we’d like to proceed, you’ll be given a pre-test to complete prior to phase 2.
- Phase 2: In Person Interview- The Ivory Agency will review your pre-test and conduct a more extensive, in person interview.
- Phase 3: A second In Person Interview- After being selected after phase 2, the provider will receive all materials needed for The Ivory Academy.
Step 3: The Ivory Academy
The Ivory Academy is the training that each provider must complete to be vetted through our agency. It will provide you with any certifications that are necessary to properly perform your duties.
Step 4: Meet and Greets
After completion of The Ivory Academy, you’ll be eligible to be matched with a client and perform work. You’ll go through an initial meet and greet that can transpire into future meetings if mutually comfortable. a
Step 5: Matched
After one or several meet and greets, you’ll receive the opportunity to pick the perfect family for yourself and will be matched to that client.
