Provider FAQs
At the Ivory Agency, we require professional related references and work experience. If you wish to become a provider through our agency, we suggest that you gain at least two years of professional experience.
No. The Ivory Agency does not charge an application fee nor charge to be matched. However, there may be additional fees for the intake processing such as necessary certifications through the Ivory Academy as well as other uniforms to the ones that are provided.
No. Here at the Ivory Agency, we do not allow providers to engage or participate (work) in other competitive businesses without a written form of consent from us.
No. The Ivory Agency and our providers want our clients to know their children are your first priority.
We initially share your resume and a bio with a photo of yourself along with any certifications/degrees that one may have. After a client has chosen to hire you as their provider, any documents upon request with the provider’s consent will be shared as well.
We encourage our providers to apply for as many positions as they have professional experience in.
The process can vary depending on which position you are pursuing. We assure you every minute waiting on completion is well worthwhile being able to be matched with some of the families in your community.
Yes! All providers will undergo a rigorous background screening including a federal criminal background check. Along with the criminal background check, each provider will be drug tested occasionally throughout their career with us.
Yes. Here at the Ivory Agency, we ensure the safety of our providers as well as clients. Therefore, clients will undergo an interview style intake session and will be required to complete an in-depth questionnaire.
Client FAQ
Our placements typically takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. However, we highly recommend starting the search a couple of months in advance. The amount of time it takes to perfectly match a provider varies for each request.
The Ivory Agency agrees to make its best effort to locate and or replace temporary or permanent providers for your needs! However, this may not be guaranteed.
No. There are no hidden fees as we want our clients to know that we believe in complete transparency. We do charge a one-time nonrefundable registration fee. In addition, clients will incur late fees for late payments.
Absolutely! We highly respect our clients and applicants and do not share any private information without consent.
Clients are to pay The Ivory Agency directly for all services provided from any of our providers. In the event a client does not, penalties including additional fees will be charged.
Absolutely. As a limited liability company, we are licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. Rest assured our clients and providers are in the best of hands in domestic care.
Yes. We do offer short notice, traveling care, overnight care, and so much more. The Ivory Agency’s objective is to create solutions for unique client needs and we will do our best to fulfill all of them.
Since the Ivory Agency strives for 100% satisfaction, we have a trial period in place before you are fully committed and will be able to decide to continue that provider on a long term commitment. And even after, we want to make sure both clients and providers are satisfied with their match and will do everything to make sure of that.
Yes. If the client wishes to have the matched provider permanently placed with them, they can choose between our permanent placement options. (We would like our clients to know that in the event that you choose this route, after the one-time permanent placement fee is made, the Ivory Agency leaves full responsibility of the provider with the client.)
